Q. How is my proposal evaluated?
A. All proposals are checked for eligibility and completeness. Those meeting the KEF standards and requirements are reviewed and scored by three Leadership Council members. After scoring, proposals are ranked and competitively reviewed during the grantmaking session.
Q. When will I hear back about funding decisions?
A. KEF will inform all applicants of grantmaking decisions by August 2008. The application process extends approximately six months due to the comprehensive and competitive nature of the process.
